1onion chopped
2 tbspcumin-coriander powder
1 tspginger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1red chilli
1 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli
2

Add onion slices and saute well adding prawns shallow fry adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add Potatoes and colocasia steamed saute well
4

Add ginger garlic paste and cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder
5

Mix well till oil separates add water and simmer
6

Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
