  2. 2 spoonssarson ka tel
  3. 2 pinchmustard seeds
  4. 1/4th lemon juice
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. leavesCurry
  7. leavesCoriander
  8. 1chopped tomatoe
  9. 1 spoonJeera powder
  10. 1/2 spoonAmchur powder
  11. Turmeric powder as needed
  12. 1 pinchhing
  13. 2Chopped onions

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and crackle mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Add curry leaves add chopped onions and fry

  3. 3

    Add all dry masala and fry add chopped tomatoes and fry add salt

  4. 4

    Now add diced boiled potatoes

  5. 5

    Water as per u need allow a boil

  6. 6

    Enjoy with garma garam puri
