1 bunchfresh chopped coriander
1 pieceeach of crushed garlic and ginger
1 piecered onion
2blended tomato
Cooking oil
to tasteSalt

In a cooking pan or sufuria,add oil and meat, cook for 3 minutes without adding anything, then add your crushed garlic and ginger, cook for another 3 minutes then add your onions, cook until soft.

Now add your tomato puree, cook until it thickens, add your salt and black pepper, cook for sometime, remove from the heat and garnish it with fresh coriander
