Pineapple Doughnut with saffron Rabdi

It's really a very different yet yummy doughnut made with combination of fresh fruits and saffron rabdi. Do try it and enjoy different flavours in one dish. It will definitely attract to kids and can be show stopper in any party.

It's really a very different yet yummy doughnut made with combination of fresh fruits and saffron rabdi. Do try it and enjoy different flavours in one dish. It will definitely attract to kids and can be show stopper in any party.
Steps

First take 1 tablespoon of warm milk and soak saffron strands in it. Keep aside.

Take a heavy Bottom pan & boil milk. When milk starts boiling, simmer the flame.

Let milk simmer till it thickens and reduced into half. While simmering. Keep sticking layer of malai of milk into sides of pan. It should be like rabdi. It will take around 40 minutes.Add saffron milk now.

Switch off the flame and let it cool completely. After cooling add vanilla essence.

Now take pineapple slice and cover with rabri all over.

Now garnish with pomegranate kernels and apple pieces. Keep ready pineapple slices in refrigerator to set for an hour.

While serving garnish with sprinklers and chocolate syrup.

Yummy, healthy, full of fruits and colourful doughnuts are ready to relish.
