Dry roast hazelnuts till they are aromat and starts leaving tier little bit oil.

Keep them aside to cool off completely.

Grind hazelnuts, cocoa powder and sugar to fine paste. It should be a thick paste.

Add oil and give a last churn to make a smooth paste.

Transfer to a glass jar with lid and store in refrigerator.
