Cut your chicken into pieces. Put in a sufuria and add three cups of water. Boil until cooked.

When it has cooked, using a different sufuria, fry your onions until brown. Then add tomatoes.

Then add the pieces of chicken and stir. Add your green paper and then the chicken stock. Cover it and cook until tender. Serve with rice or ugali.
