Soak rice in water upto half an hours

Add salt and whole garam masala in rice cook it

Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,curds,salt and leave for 15 minutes

Fry the boiled potato

Cook marinaded chicken

Put chicken and potatoes in a vessel and sprinkle 1 table spoon garam masala,small bottle of meetha attar,brown onions, aloobhakara and put rice layer by layer and put saffron strands soaked in milk,oil/ghee in rice
