Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • Spaghetti
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil spaghetti with some salt, when ready drain off excess water and set aside

  2. 2

    Fry onion till golden brown add tomatoes and beef cover for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add salt and 1 cup water cover and cook for another 15mins

  4. 4

    When ready mix with spaghetti and garnish with corriander

  5. 5

    Enjoy your meal
