Steps

Take a full fat milk ina pan and add sugar in it. and boil.
Now add khoya and stir continues on a mid flame.till thick milk.
Now add kesar cardamom crushed chopped Almond and chopped pista.in hot milk
Let it cool on a room temp.
pour the milk in a matka and wrap foil paper. and put it in a freezer for 7-8hrs.
Take out from freezer and remove foil paper and garnish with small jamun.
U can also garnish with chopped nuts.
Yummy and delicious Matka kulfi is ready to serve. - 2
