Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgmince meat
  • 1onion
  • 1carrot
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 tsptomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions until golden brown,add bell pepper,grated carrots,tomato,tomato paste,garam masala and salt,mix

  2. 2

    Add mince meat and mix well

  3. 3

    When all water drains add 1/2 cup water and let it to boil

  4. 4

    Kima curry is ready
