Add all ingredients to food processor. Pulse until bananas are finely chopped. Scrape down sides. Purée until the mixture resembles soft-serve ice cream. Serve immediately.

For added crunch add cocoa nibs or unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh berries, etc.
