Garlic karasev/Legsun sev is a gram flour based deep fried savory recipe, made on every festive occasion, and a whole lot for just munching anytime!

In a big bowl add both the flours, chilli powder, butter, 2 tablespoon hot oil and asafoetida

Crush and then made a smooth paste of the garlic pods

Add the like warm water gradually to knead a soft and non sticky dough
- 4
Heat oil for deep frying

Grease the inside of a murukku press and use the mould looking similar to the laddle with tiny holes used while frying normally

Put one portion of the dough inside the murukku press.

Turn the heat to medium-Low and release a batch of the batter into the hot oil

Deep fry until golden and crisp

Place the fried sev on an absorbent paper for few minutes

Break into bite sized portions before storing them airtight

Repeat the same process for the remaining dough
