Take all chutney ingredients in a mixture jar make chutney

Heat oil in a pan add Hing and Rai crackle them, add chutney mix well.

Idli, take all ingredients in a mixture jar add some water and make idli batter

Heat oil a pan add Hing and Rai crackle mix in idli batter

Grease oil in idli mould put Idli batter cover,cook in high flame for 10 minutes.

Serve hot idli with coconut chutney
