Ingredients

  • 4large potatoes (parboiled and chopped into blocks)
  • Handfulgreen beans
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack peppercorns
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonfresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoonfresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/8 tspcrushed garlic(you can use fresh)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sprayed baking dish add all the ingredients and mix.

    Roast at 180 degrees for about 35 mins or until slightly golden brown. Enjoy
