Ingredients

  1. 4large potatoes (parboiled and chopped into blocks)
  2. Handfulgreen beans
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteBlack peppercorns
  5. 3 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 teaspoonfresh thyme chopped
  7. 1 teaspoonfresh rosemary chopped
  8. 1/8 tspcrushed garlic(you can use fresh)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sprayed baking dish add all the ingredients and mix.

    Roast at 180 degrees for about 35 mins or until slightly golden brown. Enjoy
