Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwheat flour
  2. 5 gmsalt
  3. as required water
  4. 15 mloil
  5. for filling:
  6. 200 gmpotato boiled
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. 1-2green chilli chopped
  9. 1onion chopped
  10. to tastesalt
  11. leavescoriander
  12. 2 tspred chilli powder
  13. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients together and make dough. the dough should be tight.and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add potato mashed add chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli powder,to taste salt,ajwain ready to stuffing.

  3. 3

    Make a ball of atta dough and then hollow it form center, put the fill the stuff inside and close it nicely so that the stuffing doesn't come out keep aside.

  4. 4

    The litties over greased baking sheet about one inch apart and place in toaster oven, for 10 min, turn them over and back again for 10 min. litties should be golden brown all around. than filling the ghee in inside.

    Serve it with green chutney
