Wash and soaked dal for 10 minutes.

Then pressure cook, add water and turmeric powder,salt cook till soft.

(For seasoning) take a nonstick pan add 1 tsp oil add cumin seeds fry for a second add hing add chopped onion saute till brown add chopped tomato and green chilli stir cook well.

Then add cooked dal mix and cook for 5 minutes remove from heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
