Steps

Peel Irish balls and slice to shapes of your choice, wash and add salt.

Place frying pan on heat and add oil, when the oil is hot enough add the sliced potatoes and allow to fry. (occasionally stir to avoid burning)

Wash cabbage, carrot, cucumber and onions and slice to shapes of your choice.

Set frying pan on low heat (non stick preferably) add little quantity of coconut oil when its hot, add all sliced veggies, add salt, Knorr cube to taste and black pepper as desired. Allow for 2 mins and remove from heat

Reheat your fried chicken if it's too cold with either a microwave or in the steamed veggies.

In a glass cup add 3 table spoons of powdered milk and add warm water. Stir to dissolve the milk. Serve as in the picture above and enjoy a good night sleep! 😴 😴 😴
