Ingredients

  1. 250 gmAll purpose flour
  2. 50 gmGhee
  3. 3 TspCocoa Powder
  4. 2 cupspowdered Sugar
  5. 3 tspMilk powder
  6. 1/2 cupMilk hot
  7. 1 pinchSoda
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In one small bowl take cocoa, powder 3 3 tsp sugar, add little milk to make thick mixture

    Now heat ghee, take flour bowl add soda in it. Pour this hot ghee in flour bowl mix well. Now add sugar and slowly knead with adding milk.

  3. 3

    Now roll the dough apply cocoa mixture. Keep aside. Again roll same size roti now put on upper side of previous. Roll with roller pin and cut it.

    Fry in heated oil
