1 pcreadymade kachori
As required curd
1 tbspsweet tamarind chutney
1 tbspcoriander/mint chutney
as needed sev
as needed boondi
1 tspchat masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsproasted Cumin powder
To tasterock salt
1-2boiled potatoes
1 tbspsprouted grams

Make a cavity on the kachori and fill it with potato
2

Add curd and all the other spices
3

Add chutneys sprinkle sev and boondi and serve.You can adjust all the ingredients as per like and taste.
