Take a bowl. Add All purpose flour, salt, baking powder, carom seeds and oil. Mix properly. Bind a stiff dough by adding little water at a time. Keep aside for 30 min.

Now prepare filling. Take a wok. Add ghee. Heat. Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Let them crackle. Add chopped ginger and chopped green chillies. Add all masalas. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes. Cook. Add peas. Cook. Add coriander leaves. Mix and let it cool.

Now take a small quantity of dough. Make samosa of your desired shape. Fill in the filling. Brush it with oil. Bake it for 20 min in 180•c in a preheated oven.
