Ingredients

30 miniutes
  1. 100 gramsWheat flour
  2. 100 gmsMaida
  3. 100 gmsGhee
  4. 75 gmsGud/jaggery
  5. 1 TspSonth/ginger powder
  6. 1 tspSaunf powder/fennel
  7. 2 tspPoppy seeds roasted
  8. 4 tspKhoya(roasted)
  9. 1/2 cupDry fruits roasted & chopped
  10. 2 tspCaradomn crushed
  11. 2 tspMagaz
  12. For fryingOil

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    Seive the flour add ghee & rub it together 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Add some water make a tight dough.keep it a side.

  3. 3

    Mix all things together except oil.mix it well.

  4. 4

    In a pan heat the oil.

  5. 5

    Make small balls from the dough.

  6. 6

    Roll it out like a small Puri,with the help of a rolling pin.

  7. 7

    Fill all puries with prepared mixture.

  8. 8

    Fold it like gujhia with the help of hands or mould.

  9. 9

    Put it pan for frying in medium flame.

  10. 10

    Fry it golden & crispy.

  11. 11

    Remove it from the flame.

  12. 12

    Let it be cool.

  13. 13

    It can be eaten hot.

    Now masaledar gujiya it ready to serve.
