Seive the flour add ghee & rub it together 10 minutes

Add some water make a tight dough.keep it a side.

Mix all things together except oil.mix it well.

In a pan heat the oil.

Make small balls from the dough.

Roll it out like a small Puri,with the help of a rolling pin.

Fill all puries with prepared mixture.

Fold it like gujhia with the help of hands or mould.

Put it pan for frying in medium flame.

Fry it golden & crispy.

Remove it from the flame.

Let it be cool.

It can be eaten hot.

Now masaledar gujiya it ready to serve.
