Slice the yam and peel the skin off. Cook for ten minutes with a dash of salt and pour out in a bowl. Mix flour,Maggi, onions, pepper very well and break your egg inside.

Pour your oil in a pan and put on fire, Allow to be hot a bit.

Deep your yam front and back inside the mixture and start frying till you achieve your desired colour and it become crispy.

Enjoy your crispy yam with Stew, sauce or vegetables.
