Wash n cut ur potatoes in to small bits. Wash ur spinach wv salt,rinse an keep in a strainer. Wash ur pepper n onions and grate. Crush ur ginger,garlic n crayfish n keep in a bowl. Add ur palm oil to a pot over medium heat,add onions,crushed garlic,ginger n fry.

Add ur grated peppers,onions and tomatoes paste n fry. Add ur meat stock,little water, seasonings,salt,crayfish n spices allow to boil

Add ur potatoes allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Crush some of it so as to serve as thickener. Add ur deboned fish n stir

Finally, add ur spinach n off the heat....this will help ur spinach to retain its green colour n gettn the healthier content of it more....allow to simmer for 3 minutes n serve
