On fire place cooking pot add veg oil and fry onions til it browns, add the ginger and garlic paste stir, then garam masala, while still browning add the diced capsicum then tomatoes.

While the tomatoes are becoming tender add tomato paste and turmeric continue stirring.

Then add the chicken pieces, stir fora while then add alittle water for sauce. Let it boil for about 10 minutes till ready.

Serve with boiled rice or any other of your choice.
