  3. 2green chilli
  4. As neededgarlic
  5. To tasteall regular Spices
  6. 1cauliflower
  7. As neededpeas

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a frying pan, heat some oil.

  2. 2

    Fry the cauliflower and peas in it.

  3. 3

    Take another pan, add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder.

  4. 4

    Now add the fried cauliflower and peas in it.

  5. 5

    Cook it well.

  6. 6

    Gobhi Matar is ready.
