Ingredients

  1. 200 gmrefined flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspghee for moyam
  4. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  5. As neededGhee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First Knead a dough with maida, salt, ghee and requirwd water.

  2. 2

    Then make a big chapati and cut all mattar with piza cutter or sharm knife.

  3. 3

    Fry all matar in medium hot oil.

  4. 4

    Serve wuth tea.
