1/4 cupcorrots grated
1/4 cupbell paper or capsicum
1/4 cuponion
1garlic chopped
1green chilli
1/4 tsppaper powder
as neededCoriander leaves
4-6 slicesbread
2 tbsbutter
3/4 cupmozzarella chees

Butter the bread evenly

Mix together all the veggies, with chees

Spread the mxture on the bread slices keeping the buttered side out.

Cover with bread slices.

Preheat the sandwich maker and grill it until golden. it is ready

Serve hot with sause
