Take a pan and heat the oil add cumin seeds and crackle add ginger paste and saute than add tomato purry again saute

Add salt,red chilli, garam masala and stir add 2cup water and boil 2mint add crushed papad again boil for 5mint till than papad soft

Serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed papad
