Rinse and clean the chicken, blend pepper and onions and mix in garlic and ginger paste together with the pepper blend, salt, knorr cube, oregano, soy sauce and set aside (share into 2)

Combine soy sauce, mixed pepper paste for marinade and chicken wings in a large bowl or zip lock bag bag. Cling film the bowl or lock ziplock and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

Heat up frying pan add veg oil once its hot; Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry, place in the hot oil and fry till its fried through drain in a pepper towel

Heat up the remaining pepper with a little oil and toss in the chicken wings and mix

Then plate peppered chicken wings on the bed of lettuce
