Steps

Wash & drain rice & dry it for 3to 4 hour & then grind rice in blender to make a coarse paste

Add grounded rice & saffron in milk and then put pan on medium to low flame

Cook till it has reduced to half

Add milk made &sugar & cook till phirni has thickened

Lastly add cardamom powder

Pour the phirni in the earthern bowls or any serving bowl of your choice

Garnish with dry fruit and kesar

Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours before serving.
