Ingredients

  • Omena
  • Onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Corriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and wash the omena

  2. 2

    Put the omena in the pan and let the water dry up

  3. 3

    Add oil and fry till brown

  4. 4

    Add onion and then the tomatoes

  5. 5

    When they're all fried up add capsicum and sprinkle coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Leave for a few minutes and serve while hot
