Peel the matooke and put them in the banana leaves and put water in a sauce pan n let it boil with the matooke firmly tucked in the leaves

Groundnut sauce mix grounded gnuts in water put it on fire to boil, then u add chopped onions and tomatoes as it boils n salt.. Let it boil on medium heat until it forms a layer of oil.. It's ready

Nakati just put some little oil n onions then put in finely chopped nakati and cook for a while (greens)
