Ingredients

  • 1doorstep slice of bakery bread
  • 1large tomato (organic and at room temp if possible), diced
  • 2 tspgarlic infused olive oil
  • Freshly ground salt and black pepper

    Toast the bread. While it’s toasting, mix the diced tomato with the olive oil. Spoon the tomatoes onto the toast and then season generously.
