Steps

Slice tomatoes, onions and spring onions. Set asides separately.

Season your fish and boil

Debone fish and set aside

Put pan on the fire with vegetable oil. Pour in onions and fry for a bit, add fish and fry.

Pour in tomatoes and peppers, fry till water reduces, add seasoning. Steam for a bit.

Add spring onions, bulb and stalk. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.

Serve with rice or yam or pasta.
