Ingredients

  1. 1doorstep slice of bakery bread
  2. 1large tomato (organic and at room temp if possible), diced
  3. 2 tspgarlic infused olive oil
  4. Freshly ground salt and black pepper

    Toast the bread. While it’s toasting, mix the diced tomato with the olive oil. Spoon the tomatoes onto the toast and then season generously.
