Ingredients

  • 1small chopped onion
  • 1small chopped capsicum
  • 1small chopped tomato
  • 2 bowlpoha
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1packet maggi masala
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 spoonoil
  • leavesSome Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put into oil

  2. 2

    When it is hot put into tomato, onion, capsicum and fried it

  3. 3

    After that put into salt to your taste and 1 pinch red chilli powder and 1 pkt maggi masala and 1/2 spoon garam masala

  4. 4

    After tht put into poha and mixed well

  5. 5

    And cover with a lead for 2 min

  6. 6

    Now it is ready for serve
