  • 250 gmmaida/all purpose flour
  • 50 gmdalda/hydrogenated vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tspsuji / semolina
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil for frying
  • 1/2 Cup milk

    Half cup sugar half cup milk 50 grams Dalda ghee boil this three things let the sugar melt now take Maida add salt and Suji and this mixture now knead the dough make a chapati cut in small pieces and fry it
