Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 1lemon
  • Spices of choices
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1ginger
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Squeeze out the lemon juice and Marinate the chicken with it

  3. 3

    Put all the spices together and run them into your chicken let the chicken rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutesput

  4. 4

    Put foil paper on baking sheet put your chicken and bake for 15 minutes
