Ingredients

  • 1potato
  • 200 gramsOil
  • 4-5 tbspBesan
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Some Water
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspAjwain/carom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion potatoes and green chillies.

  2. 2

    Add salt, garam masala, ajwain,besan and water and mix it well

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil and fry the pakodas and serve it with Chutney.
