I just wake up with this idea of turning oat into something else,and I made this and named it oat cake I hope the name suit it.

I just wake up with this idea of turning oat into something else,and I made this and named it oat cake I hope the name suit it.

In a bowl with quaker oat pour boiled water and cover the bowl for 15-20mins.

When the oat soaked all the water,break the egg whisk and add to the oat,follow by grated pepper, slice onions.

Spice it with ginger and garlic.
Season with salt and seasoning cube. Mix all together and beat the batter like 3-5mins. - 4
Put frying pan on fire add oil when hot use spoon to fetch the batter and put it in the hot oil.
Fry till golden brown on both side. - 5
And walah...!that's how i got my oat meal cake. serve hot and can go with pap or tea.
