This is so tasty I ate this for lunch at my friend’s house today. So I made it for recipe and for dinner, and it turned out so nice. All my family ate so much.
Japanese Miso Daikon Radish with Pork
This is so tasty I ate this for lunch at my friend’s house today. So I made it for recipe and for dinner, and it turned out so nice. All my family ate so much.
Steps

Cut Daikon and onion pork.

Fry with sesame oil, then add onion and Daikon.

Season with Sake, Mirin and Dashi powder. If you don’t have Sake and Mirin, you can use 1/2 cup water instead of them.

Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minuets till the Daikon softened.

Put sugar and miso.
- 6
Garnish with green onion.
