Shallow fry the noodles in a kadhai or roast them without oil in a pan until golden brown and let it cool
2.Now crush the noodles with bare hands in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the water,tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside.
(Add pudina & tamarind chutney to the same mixture if using) - 3
Now finely chop the tomato, onion, raw mango, potato and chilli.
5.In a bowl, bring together the fried/roasted wai wai, the masala mix and the veggies. Mix it well.red chilli powder.Add lemon juice
