Ingredients

  • 10big potatoes
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil(just small)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and put salt to taste

  2. 2

    When ready don't drain the excess water add in the sliced tomato and cook for 5 mins

  3. 3

    When tomatoes are well cooked now smash the potatoes

  4. 4

    When well smashed add in cooking oil and corriander

  5. 5

    Cook for 3 mins then serve
