Avocadoes are healthy for all; with essential fats and loads of other nutrients. Here’s a healthy and quick version of the very versatile guacamole

Slice and core the avocado discarding the seed
- 2
Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and roughly mash it with the back of a spoon
- 3
Add rest of the ingredients (except cheese and bread slices) and mix well
- 4
Our guacamole filling is ready

Preheat the grill or sandwich maker now

Place the bread slices on a plate
- 7
Scoop and apply a generous amount of guacamole prepared on one side of a bread slice
- 8
Sprinkle some grated cheese and cover with another slice
- 9
Repeat the same steps for the remaining bread slices
- 10
Toast/ grill the prepared sandwiches till crisp

Enjoy with ketchup or dips of your choice

Tip: toasting the sandwiches, allows the cheese to melt and blend; but it’s upto you. They will taste great either ways
