  • 1/2 kgpotato
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tastegreen chilli
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala

    Take oil in a pan

    Add potato and fry for 10 minutes on low flame

  3. 3

    Add green chilli

  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes on low flame
