Ingredients

  • 6big carrots
  • 1.5 tspGarlic Paste
  • Salt to taste,2 tsp simba mbili curry powder n 2 tbsp oil
  • Capsicum n green chillies optional

Steps

    Wash,peel n slice carrots

  2. 2

    Add salt n leave it aside for 30mins.Remove the water from it

  3. 3

    Put garlic paste n curry powder n Oil.Mix properly n enjoy with ur dinner or lunch
