Mix suji with curd and keep aside for 2 hours.

Now add all spices red chilli,coriander,salt into the mixture and mix them well.

Now add chopped onion,tomato and green chilli in it mix them well.

Heat a nonstick pan and add butter on it and spread the mixture in a round shape equally.

Put the gas on low flame and make uttapam patiently and cook it well from both sides.Serve hot with ketchup.
