Heat oil in a pressure cooker add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped ginger garlic and saute in a few seconds.

Add soaked white matar and water in it, add all dry spices, chopped tomatoes, onion and green chilli.

Cover the lid, take 7-8 whistles. Now remove the lid add tamarind juice mix well.

Garnish with fresh green coriander and onion.

Serve with kulcha and salad.
