Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwhite matar
  2. 2onion
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic
  6. 2 tbsptamarind juice
  7. 1 tsplemon juice
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspgreen coriander
  10. Pinchhing /asafoetida
  11. 1/2cumin seeds
  12. 1 tspchat masala
  13. 1 tspblack salt
  14. to tastesalt
  15. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped ginger garlic and saute in a few seconds.

  2. 2

    Add soaked white matar and water in it, add all dry spices, chopped tomatoes, onion and green chilli.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid, take 7-8 whistles. Now remove the lid add tamarind juice mix well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with fresh green coriander and onion.

  5. 5

    Serve with kulcha and salad.
