1/2Bottle gourd sliced
1 cupdesiccated coconut
3slit green chillies
1 tspcelery seed
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped

Heat oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

Add gourd slices and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
4

Add coconut and sugar and mix well
5

Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Serve it with main course
